How do I get started?
Send us a message with your project details. We’ll get back to you within one business day to let you know if it’s a good fit, answer questions and schedule a scan. Once we've ironed out the details, you can then mail your object to our studio in Seattle.
How do I load a model on my site?
Loading the default viewer can be as simple as including two lines of HTML on your page, but our JavaScript APIs are also flexible enough to enable much more unique integrations. For more information, check out our technical documentation.
How long does it take to complete a scan?
Once we’ve received your object, you can expect to have a model ready in within a week. This can vary depending on the complexity of the model and the volume of the order.
Can I include specific photo angles in my model?
Yes! We’ll tailor our photoshoot to capture the exact details you need to showcase.
What do I receive when I order a model?
We create a set of compressed digital assets that are compatible with our viewer. Ordering a model lets you embed the viewer on your site using these assets. We also provide a high resolution PNG for each included viewpoint.
Will the viewer run on every device?
Yes! Desktop, tablet and mobile devices are supported. The viewer also runs smoothly inside of a WebView on native apps.
What web hosting platforms do the models work on?
The viewer will work in any web hosting platform that allows you to include custom HTML. These include Shopify, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix and many more.
Do your models work with augmented reality technology?
Yes, in addition to providing assets that run in our viewer, we can provide you with standard GLB and USDZ models that will work across AR platforms. However, our models are optimized for use in our viewer and will not retain the same clarity of detail when used in an AR environment.
Can I host on my own hardware?
Yes, we offer self-hosted builds of the viewer so that it can run on your company’s existing infrastructure.
I already have existing high-quality 3D assets. Can I use the viewer for these?
Potentially! Please let us know about your specific use case, and we can determine the best path to make our viewer work with your existing workflow.
